Cancellation Policy
All appointments at MINT Hair London are subject to our cancellation policy.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the total appointment cost will be charged
Charges will be taken using the payment card provided at the time of booking and must be settled prior to your next appointment.
If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible so we can advise you. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may require your appointment to be rescheduled, and in these cases the full appointment fee may still apply.
We truly appreciate your understanding. Late cancellations and missed appointments mean we are unable to offer the time to guests on our waiting list and have a direct impact on our small, independent team.
Payment Security
For your convenience, card details are stored securely by our trusted payment provider when booking future appointments.
All payment information is handled in full compliance with PCI DSS Level 1 security standards. Our salon team does not have access to your card details at any time.
Deposits
A £10 deposit per service is required for all online bookings to secure your appointment.
This deposit is fully deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit and simply ensures your booking is reserved exclusively for you.
